Panda is doing well, as is her mother, Annie.

They are now back in the herd and Ace is Panda’s main playmate, in the absence of any other calves. He seems happy to oblige – and to provide baby-sitting services while Annie is off grazing.
We’re now milking Annie every morning, taking about 8 litres a day from her.
Dan has started cheese making again. He made paneer this week and has started the first Camembert – or Camembarry, as we call our own version.
